Paul's 1st Blue Noize solo contest entry

I spent a good few hours trying to make a more diverse entry but kept screwing up too often. I had a lot of fun improvising but couldnt get a serious full length entry together. Then I decided to limit myself to the first pentatonic scale pattern (cheesy I know, but its the one I know well for now :) and also shortened the backing track to 2mins. I ended up with this as my best attempt.

I hope to actually get a longer better entry finished where I venture outside of this 1st pattern. Ive got a lot of good lick ideas for other areas of the fretboard, Im just too n00b to put it all together into a nice solo package :)

This is purely improvised, I dont think I used any of the licks that I created in my failed attempts, except for the octave slides at the end.

-Epiphone Les Paul with Dimarzio DP100 pickups
-Epiphone Valve Junior tube amp (heavily modded)
