The worst defense team I ever heard of. They are banking on people believing because they are sticking to their story, it must be true. People aren't going to buy that bullshit! Casey was last seen with Caylee on the 16th of June 08. NOONE else ANYWHERE has seen Caylee anytime after the 16th of June 08. Casey was NEVER seen with Caylee anywhere between June 16th and July 15th when Cindy found her. Casey ALONE murdered Caylee then avoided family and old friends for as long as she could. GUILTY!!

Yeah it's like Cindy knew Casey was lying about having a job, having a nanny, even being pregnant for goodness sakes the WHOLE entire time but wanted to hear lies. I definitely think she "piece-mealed" like one reporter said, those 911 calls when she finally did call, given that she had a "missing" Caylee based on her own email, and knew enough to say what did you do, and there's something wrong I found my daughter's car today and it smells like there's been a dead body in the damn car.

I know I wonder the same. Hearing Zanny/Zany/or "the nanny" is one thing but hearing the full on name of Zenaida, and then Jeffrey Michael Hopkins and his son Zachary is that what she said? For Cindy to say it OK you can't rely on her because she obviously has her own agenda, but did Richard Grund really hear that story when Caylee was a baby (in 2005?) or did he just inject that info after the news broke. Cindy always seemed really weird in the fantasy she wanted to believe even back then.

@randi: it gets to the point where i think just more than casey is lying about this non-existant nanny. maybe her family is keeping up that lie in order to try to give an 'out' for casey to use as her defense 'blame it on somebody else.' if this is so, then that whole family is a bunch of sociopaths. cant one of them, besides cindy's brother, just say 'you know what? enough is enough. we cant keep this up or else casey is going to spiral further into her delusions & see how that turned out?'

The weird thing is apparently she did speak of Zenaida, Jeffrey, and Zachary around the time Caylee was born based on Cindy and Richard Grund. So what was that 2005. But as far as when Caylee wasn't with Cindy she'd bring Caylee over to for example Richardo's, and probably did tell Cindy she was going to work and Caylee was going to the nanny's.

@randi: what i dont get is that did her family believe there actually was a babysitter b4 caylee died? or did they only hear about her after caylee died? if it was b4 death, then that might meant casey was doing something w/ caylee whilst telling her family that caylee was w/ the babysitter. that means caylee might've been knocked out during those times, since as we all know now there was no babysitter. otherwise, the chlorofoam was used only in the last few days (at least) of caylee's life. idk

I don't know. If she used chlorofom the day of Caylee's death it would seem that it would be to kill her because what were her big plans, renting a Blockbuster video with Tony, or was that some plan that just kind of came together. The other times it appears either Cindy had her, or Casey had her. Don't know if putting her in the trunk and chloroforming her on a regular basis were something she did because Cindy may have had her times she was partying even though she claimed she had a sitter.

i meant, if casey was using chloroform to 'knock out' caylee while casey went partying, then why not just hire a babysitter thru selling some stuff - instead of 'knocking out' caylee? cuz look at what ultimately happened.

Hmm doesn't look like she was paying a babysitter. Had her mom who probably didn't appreciate Casey using her as a built-in babysitter, even though she may have adored Caylee.

Previously years back guess she had Jesse and family, and maybe a girlfriend or two, but that ended. Was probably telling friends Caylee was w/ "the nanny" just to fake some image when really Caylee was with Cindy. Then other times tell Cindy that Caylee was w/ nanny when really she Casey had her. All for show.

i wonder why caylee just didnt sign her kid over to the state, instead of going this route. ok, sure, her parents would be mad at her, but this really was not a viable alternative. did she think that she could get away w/ knocking out the kid so she could party & do her own thing, then one day accidentally give her too much to the pt of death? either which way, if she didnt want to keep a job to pay a babysitter, she could have sold some things to pay for on instead of going this crazy direction

lol, yea i remember our frogs were alive, but that teacher passed out a cotton ball with chloroform on it, and she told us not breathe it, just put it on the frog and screw the lid on tight.

i'm sure different schools did it different.
