Great music... can I download it? :-)

Not bad not bad!!!!!
Assembly forever!
-
This looks like something one would code in AMOS in an afternoon, or in a weekend at most ;-)

Once again, I must thank you. I know a bit of C, C++, Basic and Java, and hope to do a future Open University course in Assembly language.
Its really a case of seeing how I measure up to the "classically trained" programmers of yesterday, and of course expanding my programming skill. How the pros got so much out of limited hardware makes me feel sloppy in comparison!

@SamusDrake No probs. If you look on the net, tutorials do exist, including sourcecode to various old school demos. The reason I mention Devpac is 'cos the top Amiga games were written using it. You're in for a difficult at first, but eventually very rewarding time. If you understand C, Pascal, Lingo, BASIC or any imperitive style code (List of instructions with moveable instruction pointer) then you'll have little trouble learning assembler. Biggest problem will be getting to know the hardware

Cheers! ^_^

@SamusDrake You need to buy an assembler to compile assembly code. Look for Devpac. That's the best one.

I'm about to be come the owner of a second hand AMIGA 500!
Although I know it includes AMOS for programming, I don't know if it has an Assembler built in, too. Can any one confirm this for me?
Awesome video btw!

@leondustar yes, very surprising! i loved it! :)

@faaret yes, it's awesome to know there are still people coding in asm on Amiga! :)
Do you intend to release it ?

Well, when it's finished, it will certainly be available somewhere on the net. I will post the link here I think. But there's still some work to do and I do not not have so much time for programming....
