  • I have a huge amount of respect for people who can cook Korean food correctly, it takes a lot of skill and technique to make many of the best dishes right. Though it's easy to make once you have the technique down, getting that technique down takes a lot of practice and experience that usually takes years to get to the point of being "easy".

  • This is wrong... If you cook all vegetables together you will loose its own vegetable colors and tastes... It seems very Chinese style...

  • Tried the method used by the Chef and I found her method of preparation more efficient and effective than the traditional method of cooking.

  • thats not the way you make japchae... I guess that is your version of Japchae...

  • korean food korean american chef but not korean cooking method

  • @Love2TravelAway the proper way is to fry each ingredient seperately even noodles but not to make them to oily so i recomend spray oil or like 1/4 tsp oil even for the amount rose is cooking 1 tsp oil is enough per item....

  • Ive seen this recipe being made at my friends Korean restaurant and it was done totally different. The meat was cooked separately. Then the meat was added to the already cooked vegetables. A little sugar, salt, garlic and a some soy sauce was added at the end. You dont want to cook the meat and veggies all together because it will all get soggy. You want different textures in you Chap Che.

  • I consider myself a Rosemary fan... so I'm suspicious to comment this video.

I just can say that her food is one of the best that I've ever tasted.

    Hugs and kisses Rose!

  • really looks good!
