Fast food?

This is a short I made a while back for video production class. It was filmed at Parkette drive in in Lexigton Ky around 1999-2000. I always wanted to either animate or put something together to fit this song/bit. It was always one of my favorite's from Dr. Demento. I'd like to thank the original artist and state that no money has ever been made by this video using the recording.

That total shithole of a burger joint is EXACTLY what I pictured in my mind when I first heard this comedy sketch on Dr Demento. Whoever filmed this deserves kudos for finding that nasty old rustbucket drivethrough.

@patchesdf XD me too. It's a place called Parkette in Lexington Ky. It's actually an AWESOME joint! They serve some great old fashioned burgers, shakes & the like. They were kind enough to allow me to shoot my project. And all the customers eating while I acted like an idiot had a good laugh.

I worked at a fast food restaurant for three years and I can relate to both sides of this conservation. The "workers" on the inside are just as frustrated as the customers on the outside. At least this is how it was 15 years ago; intercoms have come a long way.
