At 150m, the tower of Guy's hospital in London is apparently the highest 'civilian abseil' in the UK. Andy Williamson abseiled down the tower on Sunday with his precious 1930 Conn Tenor Sax, stopped about 40m up and played a duet with double bassist Dave Silk. Dave happens to be the great-great-great-great-great-nephew of Thomas Guy who founded Guy's Hospital in 1721.

Andy is raising money for Guy's and St Thomas' Kidney Patients' Association of which he is currently Chair. To make a donation, please visit http://www.justgiving.com/bigbuzzard
