If you really see DNA is not flaccid
It is really resembles a ladder-like structure

As the two new strands form there is a mother and daughter strand

Proof reading is also what it does and what it do
Its barely ever wrong, but if it is
Some mutations might be really good for you:
Like E. coli to digest citrate
And Antibiotic resistance
And finally Human resistance to that thing called HIV
