@stylechyld Actually God of War is a rip off of Devil May Cry, since THAT was the game that made Hack and Slash popular, not Prince of Persia.
Prince of Persia isn't even in the same genre. Action-Adventure/Puzzle and Hack n' Slash are completely separate genres.

honestly i don't understand why they say this is a rip off gow 3..if that's the case then it's not a rip off of gow 3 it's rip off of prince of persia..after all prince of persia is the the first to come out and make this sort of game style popular.

@SoldierCyfix It's not based on a bible story it's based on the divine comedy by Dante Alighieri he even says it at the beginning so listen. Also how is Christianity a weak topic. Hell. Nuff said

this game was one of the worse pieces of shit i have ever spent my time on. its a cheaper GOW, and the theme is really weak. if they wanted to make a badass game from an old story epic they could have used the odyssey or something like that, instead they based it on a cheap bible story. we all know Christianity is a weak topic.... they would have had better luck making dante into a buddah fighting in hindu myths or something

That comment would have made sense, and I would have agreed, if Lords of Shadow had came out at the same time. LOS came out eight months later than Dante's Inferno.

This is not a ripoff of GOW I love GOW but this is not a ripoff it has the same feel and gameplay but story is completely differnt
