A live demo of my just-finished new song, maybe titled "Regenerate."

I'm a little obsessed with the (somewhat fictional) idea that all of our cells change each seven years. So is Elise - she talked about it in her wedding vows.

This is definitely not about her.

I think "Changing" is a little generic; I still love your other suggestion of "7 Years."

"Regenerate" has grown on me - a little more optimistic of an outlook on a slightly pessimistic tune.
