Great video man!

honestly, I don't dig the new mustang styling. nor I can see myself spending 80k for a well modified and fast stang. I really love the 2001 style, especially with cobra-r body kit, or the 1969 with Eleanor body kit.... the new one, especially the new 2010 one, I just can't see myself driving it. I rather have 370Z, better and more up-to-date technology. Man, a 370Z with a V8 would rock!
....
Now, if ford would stick a V10 into it and make it handle then I might change my mind.

The car in the right lane is my buddy Greg's "GT800R" built by Livernois Motorsports

if u watch in high def and pause at 6 seconds, right when the they are passing the camera, u can see the cobra emblem, but no bar crossing it. the bar has "super snake" written on it. sarcomabuster is right. heavily modded gt500 and very impressive, but not a supersnake. i'd still take it though :D

I would say 1 in 10 people on youtube actually OWN what they claim, for alot of people its their uncles car or something
-
sure. there are mustang GT's that run 7's... it depends on how much you modify. What I am saying is that this is not a supersnake. This guy has a highly modded GT500 putting about 750HP to the ground (more like 900 at crank) to get these times. no 725 HP supersnake, at 4100#, with 630RWHP, with slicks can run this time. I don't care if God himself were driving.

i know people who own 2005+ mustang gts that cant run better than a 14.3, that doesnt mean it cant. 725hp supersnakes hit high tens to low 11s, they are known to be tricky to master launchwise as they spin almost every gear at the track. When a car spins the whole track, slicks can drop ET near a second.
This is like watching the special Olympics

any reasoning behind this or are you just trying to be another youtube ethug?

ok i changed the title. thank all of you for putting i the time to discover that the near lane was not a supersnake; the announcer was indeed incorrect.
