Western democracy is under threat from militant Islam. If we don't do something within the next four or five years, Eurabia will become an iminent reality.

The problem with Islam is that it's a political, legal and economic system rolled into one. It's a whole way of life based on the Qur'an, and there's no seperation of the powers. Christianity used to be like that, but then it adapted to Western-style democracy. Now is the time for Islam to do the same.

@MrUKIndependence I dissagree with every word of that comment. Islam is a wonderful religion, one of the best in the world. It's the extremists you should be focussing on, the people who misinterpret the Qur'an in order to justify violence and terrorism. Please remember that the vast majority of Muslims are kind, caring and peaceful. They do not believe in Sharia law or gender aparteid. They live modern, integrated lives, and do not deserve to be spoken about in that manner.

Islamism is a vicious and wicked ideology based on a distortion if Islam. It argues in favour of violence and terrorism, and has no place in our society.

Islam is a religion of hate, fear and submission. Its prophet is a murderer, a terrorist, a paedohile and a rapist. It encourages violence towards non-Muslims and intolerance towards all other belief systems. It is the faith that forces women to wear the buraq and the faith that is responsble for the worst acts of terror this century. In short, it is the religious equivalent of Nazism, a totalitarian ideology aimed at world dominance, and its followers are mentally il.

UKIP stands for democracy and western values such as equal rights fro women as well as men!
When it comes to Sharia law one mans testimony is equal to two womens and a woman/girl thats been raped cant stand as her own witness.
We're all people and i have nothing against muslims per say but primative beliefs and "laws" have no place in the west!

Lord Pearson was the right choice for UKIP. He's the only political leader who is prepared to address the real issues of today; who else would invite Geert Wilders to the UK to discuss the dangers of fundamental Islam?
