  • I'd reccommend her workout to anyone trying to lose weight..I did her program everyday and lost 30 lbs...It was the right amount of daily exercise and with eating healthy, it just shed off..The idea is to keep moving and thats exactly what this is. For more intensity, I myself would do three miles in the morning and two at night, but that was just me..Now I maintain with the two miles..

  • this is the exercise video i need. it wont be so hard on my lower back. they used to have this on cox on demand, but no longer. so i come online. and now i can use it on here ... i need to loose 100#.
