I discovered an interesting thing when I exchanged pommels on my Modular Hilt System Luxeon lightsaber: The triangular D-ring happens to fall at exactly the right place to act as a sort of safety against accidental activation.

  • Whats youre problem phoenixsabers? if he wants to share some good info then let him! and if he bores you so much why you even watch hes videos?

  • Now that is a SWEET bit of luck!

You know... if you switch it around--it could be a great anti-power off button... after all--better that it can't turn OFF by accident... rather than not be able to turn on. At least... in my thinking.

Great stuff... looking fwd to more vids.

  • Well why dont you make the On/Off switch.. that when you turn it on.. the Ring prevents to turn it off.. when it is turned off.. it still cant be turned on by accident.. :) all you have to do is, to improve the range of the switch!
