If this were true all it would take is a complaint he must have used this to get a passport. There would be a copy in his passport file. It is a felony to present false documents to the passport office. My cousin is a retired federal judge I will ask him how to verify this information. Then I will ask if any election laws have been violated.

There are some legal technicalities associated with holding the pres office. BO's dad was foreign and HI had not been a state long. Were BO born outside the US, there could be some legal hassles for him. Or his BC may say "Arab" or "Negro" or something off the wall he doesn't want to get out.

The BC issue is a big deal in many circles. The one posted on the BO site has pretty much been accepted as a fake. BO will have to address soon. Big blogs are starting to run it.

Is Obama's birth certificate a forgery? If it is then the hospital records would need to be altered how many people would need to be involved. He has a passport more than likely issued when he was a child to travel to Indonesia. It would take a lot to fake your birth in a hospital and a clinic. If he was born outside the U.S. the Clinton's would have found that.

Seeing you must be U.S. born to run for president I'm sure this has been checked out. As chair of foreign relations committee is he required to have a security clearance? Does he have to go through a preliminary security check to run for president. If it is a forgery then the FBI could find their ass with both hands.

Not necessarily. We looked up requirements in Illinois, and it's checked only if someone files a protest.

I'm sure he is a citizen, but something here smells damned fishy. Why doesn't he just post an original? The one posted by his camp is a forgery - that's confirmed, and the forger admitted it.
