Syrian troops backed by tanks and heavy ammunition have reportedly regained control over the outskirts of Damascus. Activists suggest over sixty people have been killed in the latest fighting, just over a day after the Arab's League mission was frozen.

  • RonPaul 2012!!!!!!!!!

  • An Arabian council inspects Syria and its treatment of civilians when the Saudi Arabian government assisted Bahrain in killing its own civilians. US demonizes the Syrian government for attacking armed groups that are intent on causing mayhem and toppling its government, at the same time police in the US attack peaceful protesters that are not armed and don't have the intent of toppling the government. The hypocricy is unbelievable.

  • Imagine a world in peace, that would be nice

  • The US was probably searching for any excuse to intervene militarily into Syria, or at least get NATO to jump into this ugly mess. The CIA/Mossad has been paying mercenaries to disrupt Syria, and to be insurgents.

  • @mks989 Bashar is not an Arab, he's an Alawite, he's a REAL Syrian. The Arabs and Turks have just been migrating into Syria ever since the moslem expansion. Now they expect som special rights, ofcourse, the bloody immigrants.

  • Clarification: the mass-deception media focus on Syria of all places is completely unjustified.

People have been shot at in Bahrein plainly before cameras, where is the call for a UN resolution on that?

  • @seanlaca Something for me to clarify. Are you saying that the hypocrisy of onlooking governments justifies the actions of Al-Assad's government?

  • Go Sara! My favorite RT reporter. Very brave and intelligent woman.

  • stupid putin... making friends with arab dictators and enemies with the arab people.. retards.. i would assume u learned from the dumb mistakes of the west.. aaaaand obviously u didnt..

  • WHY CAN,T ALL THE ARABS GET TOGHETHER AGAINST THE US INTERVENTIONISM BEFORE THEY GETING PICKED ONE BY ONE .THEY,RE PUTTING GANGSTERS INTO POWER US FRIENDLY GANGSTERS IT,S JUST MATTER OF TIME BEFORE IRAN IS ATACKED BUT THAT COULD BE THE FIRST REAL US REVERSE COUSE RUSSIA CHINA INDIA PAKISTAN WON,T ALOW IT MAYBE THE ATACK IS THE BEST DEFENCE HERE THE US EMPIRE IS DECLINING FAST AND AS ALWAYS IN THESE CASES IT,S GETTING DESTROYED FROM INSIDE THE US ARMY HAS NOTHING TO GO BACK TO IT,S ALL GONE .
