24 weeks post op, still working on my deadlift technique, "getting better" comment from Alan is always a good sign.Feeling more confident with my arm. Should be back up to 400 in the next month.

  • Hey was it the distal bicep tendon (at the elbow)? Watching this makes me cringe cuz I'm recovering from the injury. Good work getting back. That's impressive.

  • Just started out with w8's...I'm 16 and wanna get big, this is my routine Mon-5 sets squats, 8 reps 120kgs 5 sets bench press, 8 reps 50kgs 5 sets shoulder press, 8 reps 20kgs Tues-5 sets pull ups, 8 reps my body w8 5 sets bent over rows, 8 reps 30kgs 5 sets lat pull downs behind my head, 8 reps 50kgs Friday- 5 sets Hammer curls, 8 reps 30kgs 5 sets deadlift, 8 reps 50kgs 5 sets dips, 8 reps my body w8 Is this good to build muscle and strength?

  • @deansavking cheers for the advice, im on 240kg now, ive ditched the straps just been using chalk, i tryed the belt but couldnt get used to it, mite give it another go for the extra support, my partial deads have gone up aswell, got 260kg other day.

  • @frisbyrb5 put a belt on and lose the grips

  • @sfotts u must strengthen your forearms and grip dude very few guys do those exersices but it helps a lot for deadlifts

  • i weigh 85kg and can deadlift 220kg and still climbing, no belt just grips, any tips?
