  • Um, please excuse me if this is a bad video to ask this on, but where did you buy your foam and how much money did you spend on it? I can only find that kind of foam at a crafts store called JoAnns or something like that, but it's like, $70. ;n;

  • @TimidKyoPuppy Jo Ann's. This is the 1/2" foam. It's not $70 lol.

  • Ok i just figured this out...

    For a body this what you do... But a Air Force Jump Suit ok..

    1. Step on Buy Jump Suit ( Its a full Body Suit )

    2. Bleach Suit White

    3 Buy Fur Stick on Body However you want..

    Cost = no more then $ 100.00 And that my friends is awesome quality.. And you cant mess it up..

  • or you could dig an old pair of pants and a long sleeve t-shirt out of your closet, cut them along the seames and trace the pieces onto your fur. 100 bucks cheaper

  • Whoa... I heard one of my friends did that and it worked perfectly. Thank you! :D

  • Nooo bad idea lol. The fur won't look right. You can't just glue the fur to a suit. Because sometimes it comes unglued if it's used a lot. That's how my feet paws are. The fur came unglued a bit at the bottom since I wear then outside.

    Thanks though. And my brother is in the Air Force, so even if I WANTED to do that, he'd just get it for me for free. :P

  • @TimidKyoPuppy u can get it at walmart for like 10 bucks

  • @FMAfanFMA It's usually 10$, I got mine on sale for 5$ :3

  • I wanted to make a cheshire cat and a Lucario costume!! :D

  • hay radom person no tears, not a lot of fursuits head come out well, i wasent proud of mine eather and once i found a con in my area i told mostly every one that i would come and stuff like that, then once it came out not what i expeted, i was afraid that thay would make fun of me, (extramly other long story) but hay keep trying, im makeing a vid of makeing a fursuit head that might help.

  • I just realized how rude my previous comment sounded. Originally, I wrote an 800-some-odd character tutorial on how to put a nice even arch on the top of the foam base head, but in order to get YouTube to accept the comment; I had to get it below 500 characters.

  • 1. An alternate technique for making the top of the foam base round is to make a cylinder of foam (basically what you showed in these videos but without gluing the top shut or cutting eye holes).

    2. Squash it flat on a table so that you have a “side view” of your foam base so it will look like a nice clean rectangle.

    3. While holding it down, draw an arch from where the center of the forehead will be to where the back of your head will be. Cut out the arch, then glue up the seam.
