He's no longer a judge anymore because he was convicted of lying about sexually abusing the women who worked in the court on his staff and is tied to millions of dollars that frank spagnoletti and zoran cupic stole from hundreds of families from Texas to Louisiana. Check the books, you will see... that he allowed these attorneys to pocket millions. Its worth saying that his rulings should not count for anything after this and at least should be looked into.
