@globalbankfraud Try reading the economic philosophy of Ayn Rand (admired by many Conservatives and neoliberals) who assigned abstract values to causal determinism, rejected altruism, to justify disproportionate wealth within society.

@BloodguardGorak They don't want them to survive. Politicians are either corrupt or retarded. Unless we break the shackles of the Banksters we're screwed. The bottom line is Banksters control the money supply and are deliberately starving us of it. We need to raise awareness and prosecute them and move to an alternative model for money creation W W W . PositiveMoney . O R G. U K. Remember money has no real intrinsic "value" it is just a medium to make it easier for us to trade.

Steven Williams doesn't know what he's talking about. Didn't know he was a Carbon Tax proponent, another fraudulent method to rob us! The National Debt is too big to pay off via Tax hikes without killing the economy. Non of these A-Holes ever talk about how the money that is owed was created in the first place or that we don't need to tax or borrow from anyone as we have a Treasury that can create debt free cash. It's a total banking scam!

@kbdkbd99 first and foremost it's dudette and secondly the definition did come from Wiki. Now if Fascism works from Corporatist values in essence they are the same.

@poodle559 From what I've studied of Fascism and Socialism the main difference seems to be that Socialism is the state ownership and control of the means of production and Fascism is private ownership of the means of production but completely controlled by the state.
-
@poodle559 dude you are wrong.
"Facism involves Corporatism" DOES NOT mean "Facism is Corporatism". You making a very elementary mistake.
If you read any political textbook, and any reader here is welcome to WIKI-SEARCH - you will see that Corporatism and Facism are listed as different forms of Government.
That is not to say they are not similar or closely related - a point I have already made.
However they are simply not the same thing. You really need to go read some more.

@kbdkbd99 Definition- Fascism is a radical and authoritarian nationalist political ideology. Fascists seek to organize a nation according to corporatist perspectives, values, and systems, including the political system and the economy. Therefore Fascism is Corporatism, Corporatism is Fascism. Hitler wasn't a Fascist, he was a Socialist. However, that being said anything in the political world that ends in "ism" is really Statism, therefore i agree small government is what is needed.
-
@poodle559 thankyou for your reply.
Yes indeed I agree that CORPORATISM leads to FACISM, but I differ with you in that you seem to think they are de-facto the same thing.
One goal of facism would be to take business into pseudo-state ownership which Hitler and Mussolini both planned. At first they pretend to be the friend of business and then they take those businesses. So I do think there is some difference but agree one can very lead to the other.
That's why I advocate small government.

@P9372638491 all taxation screws the poor.
"Take from the rich and give to the poor?!?" 20% of my low wage is taken by income tax and NI, then VAT takes another 20%, council tax takes another 10%.
"Take from the poor and throw it into a government black hole" more like.

@dikkydoo1 so in answer to your question "where do we go from here" - imho the only answer is
(1) Economic Freedom.
(2) Political Freedom.
(3) Small Government.
All governments in the world are heading towards totalitarianism.
Conservatism used to stand for small government and economic freedom. Now it stands for corporatism and big business.
Labour is even worse because it's ideology of cultural relativism and political correctness has rendered us all impotent to deal with our problems.
