Oh and drag the1.4.3 stuff into the game directory.

To everyone who doesn't know how, or the car doesn't appear:
Download the newer version which is 1.4.3
Make a new folder called the addon and inside it make an autos folder
Drag the addon into that folder or extract it
Finally get the motoren 2 and drag the inside not the outside into
the sounds folder.
