Well when we exhaust all our resources on this planet and are dying then we can say to people like 6969wolf6969... enjoy your suffering. People are just stupid. Not to mention the new crap they build these days fall apart as soon as you move in them. I will never buy brand new ever again.

Honestly? Wellesley has a lot of very shallow people in it who love to buy crap and out do each other.
Its happening for years and years in town. Destroy a perfectly nice, classy old house so you can build a big generic mcmansion that can barely fit on the property. Who needs history when you have a new "great room"....right?!?!
Once one house on the block does it, the other neighborhood shallow folks feel outdone... and MUST do the same thing, only even bigger and better-of course!
