  • I found Allan's videos to be clear and concise on the topics. I also appreciated that he returned my call promptly and took the time to answer my questions thoroughly during an initial consultation.

  • This was very helpful in determining what form may be best for my new company. I also spoke with Mr. Ratafia personally when he returned my call within 24 hours. My conversation with him provided more specific insight and guidance which will be useful and cost saving.

  • Thanks very much. Is it possible to divide ownership of an S-Corp into pieces like an LLC?

  • I think this video shows a lot of important financial information to consider in taking a desicion to open the right entity, I gave him a call and he was very helpful, good job Allan.

  • Bad advice on S Corp! The IRS website says: "Distributions and other payments by an S corporation to a corporate officer must be treated as wages to the extent the amounts are reasonable compensation for the service rendered to the corporation." and "Several court cases support the authority of the IRS to reclassify other forms of payments to a shareholder-employee as a wage expense and subject to employment taxes."

  • that they really do not know what they are talking about. His price is also very reasonable. Thank you so much Mr. Ratafia, and can't wait to use your services for my business.

  • This is a great overall presentation about the business organization structures for the small business owner. His number is at the end. So i called him in the morning, left a message, and he returned the call later that day. I was shocked to get a call so soon, and just one at all. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgable in answering my questions. I say that, due to coming across a lot of people who act like they do; however, when you start asking questions, you figure out they do not

  • Allan, thanks for the informative presentation on business entities from an accounting perspective. Very helpful! Like having a personalized meeting with an accountant without walking out the door.

  • Thanks Allan. I really appreciate your in-depth advice.

For those of you who need help with tax & business incorporation, LLC etc, I would highly recommend Ratafia. He helped me choose the best entity for my business in a very easy to comprehend manner.

  • Thank you for your clear and educating information.
