I did the henro in summer of 2005. I slept out every night, nojuku style, and walked every kilometer.

Have always wanted to make a pilgrimage but....
BTW, did you go to 'Konpira Shrine' in Kochi? All those steps up 'and' down. They also have roosters with 1 meter tails. Do you have a video of this place?
Would like to see it if so.
