David Gilmour is THE guitarist of Pink Floyd. He made the History of Psychedelic Rock music. "Shine On Your Crazy Diamond" was published in their album "Wish You Were Here" and here it is a tribute I wanted gave to him and to Pink Floyd, with much admiration and respect

@yodod0 it is what is called "Wind Machine". He black tape is fixed and the blades under it, are frictioning causing a noise very similar to wind. Blades can be replaced by rollers. The effect is similar but smoother. if you search in Google with Wind Machine you will find many pictures of it :)

You can always hear the influence of Alan Parsons engineering in there....I am not sure whether it was Parson`s own influence or collaborative effort; it always lends to the entire effect just the same!
