Um, you probably already figured this out but in case anyojne is still confused...you are not supposed to use 48 pumps of WEN for long hair. You are supposed to use 4 to 8 pumps.

It's so nice to see an honest, intelligent review on this instead of the usual gushing. Thanks for the heads up on the Wen products. A little research goes a loonnnng way- in not trying to go bald. Not a good look.

I feel so bad about the concealer business. I was wondering the same thing about the shades, even though luckily mine matches my skin tone! I'm sad for you because the concealer is honestly amazing. Also, OMG I can't believe about the Wen conditioner! I used mine and I didn't notice any crazy hair loss that I think! I almost want to try and use it again just to see, but that is terrible and scary! I got a nail polish, wish I got the shadow- Lucky! ;)

The Face mask for me ..broke me out bad! I have not used the WEN yet & it is still in its packaging...sitting on my bathroom counter...but those instructions were nuts..I am glad I have not used it & now I won't. I sadly got the nail polish..witch yes is a pretty color but I have over 500 bottles of polish & was so wanting the shadow... so if anyone would like to trade ..please let me know cause I would trade..never used the polish. I did NOT get my DEC bag..I do like the concealer though :)

WEN is def the worst thing to do for your hair... especially if you're trying to repair your hair... the best thing i've used is the Macadamia Natural Oil Deep Repair Mask :)

LMFAO!! I used this wen shampoo shit in the shower and alot of my hair fell out! Thank god I have thick really thick bushy hair an its wavy.. but thanks for letting me know now i know why my hair was falling out.. im not using this anymore.
