Have you ever heard of a compromised president?
Do you understand that you cannot swear an oath to uphold and protect the Constitution, in that qualifiers in said document, disqualifies the usurper? The oath is then made null and void.

The ignorance of the Obama lovers expressed here explains how he got elected inthe first place. Before you "dis" this case with your knee-jerk reactions, maybe you should apply your critical thinking skills, if you have any, to what this complaint is about. Face it, Obama could solve this by producing a simple document common to all Natural born Americans. Why doesn't he?

This man does not deserve to be sworn in as President as he has contempt for our Constitution...he is a NOT a natural born citizen of the US. Why won't he release a valid Certificate of Live Birth. Hawaii will give Certifications of Birth to anyone born anywhere. For him to be President is a complete mockery of our Rule of Law. Good Luck, Dr. Orly, you are a brave and brilliant Patriot.

Listen, the only reason it is being referred to the entire Court is so that it does not have to keep going to each individual Justice and waste time. This way they can and will dismiss it officially to stop wasting time. The result will be same as before so don't get your hopes up. I am sorry but there it is. Tick. Tock.

2:45 = bald-faced lie. You don't have to have citizen parents to be a natural citizen. Both my parents were non-citizens from India yet I'm a natural born citizen of America and have used my natural born status to obtain a security clearance for a job I had last year working for the Defense Intelligence Agency.
I'd hope a lawyer would know better, but maybe you do.
