This is a wonderful visit inside the International Space Station. Astronaut Garrett Reisman, Expedition 17 flight engineer, films parts of his day May 7th 2008. Ride along as Reisman narrates the sights and sounds of a "typical" day at 17,500 mph 225 miles above the Earth. Our thanks to Garrett for the video, nicely done, and to NASA for making it all possible.

It's almost like a step above roughint it in the bush...You don't have all of the conveniences of the urban life, but, if you have ever camped, or been in the military, this would be paradise...Especially with people from all over the world...

Seriously, I love this guy. Nasa is lucky to have such a go-lucky guy and positive attitude. He's pretty damn funny and a hoot to watch!! Go Garrett!
