Home made synthesizer (cardboard synth 2)

This is the second and possibly the only other video I will post of my my cardboard synthesizer. As you can see I have upgraded the cardboard facade to wood and have set in place much more functionality. The video also features a Micro-Korg and a Yamaha RX15 drum machine,

The reason that there will be no more video with this synth is that it is going to be scraped for parts for another project.

how much money did you spend to make that synthesizer?

@Harald136 I started with a yamaha cso1 (what ever those are worth today) as a base for the design and parts, then add in $50 for the midi micro-controller kit, $150 for sequencer ICs other components and interface pots, and then $15 for the keyboard which came from a used midi controller. Oh and probably $40 in knobs.

It looks like the cardboard synth is really half-synth and half-sequencer? Is this correct?
