10 weeks into prep banging out a PR on squats, this is set 1, was able to pull it off again for a second set, couldn't be more pleased with training right now

  • its great when you have a long ways to go because you get to have fun and progress for so long...enjoy climbing everest, that's the whole point, or people would just take helicopters to the top :)

  • solid reps! I'll be happy when I can hit 405 for 5. So far I can hit like 235 for 2 haha I'm like 5'11 170lbs been squatting for about 5 months - got SO far to go :)
