In last 60 years these politicians havent given any world class institute to my state BIHAR, whereas the percentage share of biharis in national level institute like IITs and IIMs are quite fair since start. BIHAR is still waiting for autonomous IIT. newly started IIT patna is being governed by IIT guahati, its an insult to biharis
