They both are about same good fighters. I mean that both of them has striker's chanse to win. For example Hug defeated JLB and Ray Sefo, and Francisco Filho lost to JLB and got draw with Sefo. But Filho defeated Andy Hug.

Lossing two times in tha way, I think Andy was ashamed... but shit happends Andy had bad luck both times:(
Filho is good fighter but Andy Hug is definitly better fighter.
