Manager @rogoff decided to come on tour for a couple of days and while walking to the hotel was literally attacked and bitten on the head by a territorial blackbird. Unfortunately we weren't able to film it, so instigator @dpholmes returned to the scene of the crime, camera in hand, to get evidence of this mauling. Moral of the story: It's always safer to wear a helmet.

I'm in that area all the time. I'm no bird expert but, any bird will want to swoop you if you get too close to their liking. Could have been a territorial mama! :P
