Roger Haeske at the Cascada Verde Waterfall in Costa Rica

http://RogerHaeske.com In this video I'm being filmed by Frederic Patenaude while we were visiting at his old raw food retreat at Cascada Verde in Costa Rica.

There were at least a couple of waterfalls in the area. I tried some edible leaves and we ate from a tree that had what I think were called water apples. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to swim in the waterfall. I didn't have my bathing suit on at that time. But I did get chances later in my stay to swim in rivers by waterfalls.

It certainly was a beautiful place overall.
