  • @97Siren Yep. They were 1000Ts.

  • Where is the chopper motor located on 2001's?

  • @dockwellian45 Its inside the square box in back on the horn.

  • i don't understand. these are completiley electronic, yet, they sound like a old air raid siren with a megaphone on it. why is that ?

  • @Droideka133 No this is a 12 port mechanical siren.

  • the one in my town sounds like its giving a message in morris code

  • It seems like all of the SRNBs have a slightly higher pitch than the SRN and 130

  • those things sound like trumpets from far away

  • @Xeadin101 Year old comment man , i know ALL about it now .

  • @Droideka133 That's what I had thought at first as well, but 2001's are mechanical. Some are belt-driven, while some are not (like this one).

  • That is the kind were i live

  • @poppinoncrackvideos - you got those 2 mixed up. . .

  • 2001's are soo much better then thunderbolts.

  • @Siren1000T1 Actually, the motor itself is in the center cone with the big "FS" decal on it. The back box that the horn mounts to is just a support that also acts as an air intake for the chopper. There is actually a Thunderbolt chopper motor housing inside the intake box (this is what the big intake box mounts to), which has the collector rings inside to power the chopper motor.

  • @thecompanycar That one is right off of my street (meadowhill Dr W). I can hear it really loud from my house (I'm about halfway up the street from it)
