Can I get that at an animé convention?

I don't know. I never went to one. Germany isn't that well known for it's anime-convention culture...not that that's a bad thing.

whats that tool called?the wire cutter like tool, ive seen it on tv before but i dont know its name and i need one

side cutter, nipper, wire cutter. There are special ones for plastic models (better cutting results, more expensive) or those that you would normally use with wires.

Is it hard at all creating these if you can't read instructions? Or is it pretty straight foward "This piece goes here" kind of thing? I just bought Keroro Gunso MK2 GunPa off of eBay, and now I'm hoping I can still make it without understanding Japanese/Chinese/Wherever this is from.

Sry for the late reply. It'S really straight forward. If you ever built Lego kits this you know this instruction style. Have fun with your Keroro Robo Mk 2!
