I put my Central High School receivers and backs through my series of line drills, cone drills, and a few hurdle drills during a 20-minute conditioning period at practice, cutting down on their rest time and keeping their 30+ pounds of pads/equipment on to increase the difficulty. These are some of the same drills I put myself through during my playing days to keep my footwork and quickness at a high level.
