On Saturday, January 3, 2009, at 3:04 a.m., police received a call for a shooting at 9 Milvan Road, Toronto, ON Canada

It is reported that:
− police located a man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound,
− the victim was pronounced dead at the scene,
− a silver SUV, similar to a Nissan Pathfinder or Toyota 4Runner, was seen leaving the area after the shooting.

The victim has been identified as Johnny Gewarges Youkhana, 36, of Toronto.

A post−mortem examination is scheduled for Monday, January 5, 2009.
The three male suspects are described as:
1) black, 18−25, last seen wearing a red winter coat with large lettering (either RP or BP) on
the back of the jacket.
2) South Asian, 18−25, 5'8"−6'0" with a husky build,
3) Asian, 5'7"−5'8" with a slim build.
