  • Misterduncan I think that it would be very useful for all of us (English learners) if you

could create a series of talking books (English literature ) with videos and subtitles!!!!

  • That is a very good idea. Sadly at the moment I cannot do that because of the copyright law. I could not read other peoples work on here, unless they allow me. But it is a great suggestion. Thanks!

  • The bad thing about high definition videos is that they take too long to load. Your lessons are excellent Mr. Duncan! Thanks again for the effort you make to teach us. Thanks!

  • Thank you very much for your comment. Yes you are right, High Definition videos do take a long time to cache (Load). But you can still watch the lesson without clicking the 'HD' button and the quality is still quite good. My next lesson is coming soon...(Misterduncan)

  • very helpfull, thanks so much.

  • amazing teaching,thanks!

  • thanks, from costa rica!

  • Your wonderful mate!

I realised annoyingly that I knew so little about our language and how to use it effectively. I shall not make excuses, but my school life had very little education involved; I often sat daydreaming or progressing on the social ladder.

  • that was a hard lesson, thanks mr duncan u r great

  • Very well presented . I thought it's about time I learned to punctuate correctly .must admit this left me a little confused (so much to learn ) ,I need to print off a list of rules as suggested.

  • nice mrduncan nice

  • Thank you, Mr. Duncan--from the United States. I am using your lesson now in order to brush up on my punctuation in English. I appreciate your making these videos.

  • Thank you from montréal, Québec, Canada where french is our first language. It is verry usefull to speak english here and your class help me a lot. I give you a huge kiss mister duncan.

  • a friend of mine quote a sentence from a book written 100 years back,"God is coming by his army". i refuted him and said, it should be "god is coming "with his army" not "by his army".we fell in little arguement.later on i checked oxford dictionary,i found many ways "by" could be used but not a single time the way he told me.

could anyone help me?he says "dialect dictionary by joseph wright page470 supports his idea.i never found it in market.
