  • seen 1 like that at a swap meet ,smallest of the 2 ! he has 1 that is larger and longer with a handle on the End of the Bar! looks like a red wood Tree saw ! has to be a 4ft bar.or more!

  • @jeepers2655 yeah, I remember seeing an old one of those around when I was about 5 years old.. two man saw..

  • Fantastic video. And that saw is 100% badass.

  • @norm4260 thank you.. I sure respect the brute that wielded that thing around all day! whew!

  • what makes old saws better then new?? biggest reason you can actually work on it with out having to go to computer engineering collage forever.. #2 gear driven... no clutches to burn out half way threw a cut #3 metal construction... no clastic crap... plus... great for building muscles lol.. love to old iron lung motors. simple strong and reliable... unlike today where its all junk.

  • @chipsandcheesecurlz I've been operating chainsaws for 46 years and have 12 that I use in my business.. I think I'll be ok. lol

  • @1963impala2dr Yea, I used to dream about takin' that ol' David Bradley motor and puttin' it on my go cart. hahahahaha. Man that would have made her sing!. ahah

  • Looks a bit like the first power saw I ever ran: C90 Homelite. It was direct drive gear driven and had the same half pitch chain and had the same beaver tail bar. Half pitch is .500 as opposed to the .375 common today

  • @ncautoman57 you probably havent seen it because you have a life! haha. take care Rich

  • @rpeek my husqys wear me out. I have a lot of respect for the man who wields this monster all day.!
