Tried to run through the bumpers; sore muscles don't squat well. Bar, 70kg, 110kg, 140kg, 160kg FAIL

  • you look like you weigh more than 80kg. Very impressive doing 300lb front squat.

  • @d00m33 My legs are so skinny!! The more I squat, my quads grow out but not calves so my leg looks like a chicken drumstick, very skinny at bottom but fat thigh.

  • I can do that easily and I am 16

  • @crackyflipside Yeah you must have pretty strong quads, i can tell cause the knee comes slightly more forward, showing more quad dominance. Not sure your height but yeah i would have guessed at least 90 kilo BW.

  • keep your back tight and strong at the bottom
