"There Goes The Neighborhood "
was with Ben Prevo and Steve Sacher , less punk and more rockin' blues.
I have some photos of Jaco showing up to play... cool stuff.
You never new what was going to happen at the Lone Star late at night.

I saw one of those shows at the Lone Star in NYC, you didn't miss a thing. Jaco played solo bass for about 20 minuites, and no, it wasn't that good. Jorma joined and they did tunes like Mustang Sally etc. Rashid Ali played drums, everntually they called themselves There Goes The Neighborhood. It was an interesting novelty but nothing musically memorable, at least this Lone Star show.

Must have seen him 50 times in just a few years with all kinds of bands, orange hair, white hair. With Bob Steeler no bass player at commack arena all kinds of stuff. Acoustic shows to all hours of the morning. yeah he was always wasted. I think one Northstage show he did the same song twice but maybe that was me. HA HA HA
his does bring back memories though. Wasnt Joey Stefco in this band or was that another incarnation?
Off to see Tuna Tonight

No Stefco wasn't in this band, this was the Stench brothers from Pearl Harbor & the Expolosions if I remember correctly. Stefco was White Gland and other "interesting" incarnations of the Jorma experience!
