I really think that the movie is good and well made. When you consider how the story is in reality. But it's really sad. Imagine a newspaper article that can kill a man so well known.

@tonyf734atl yes your right it was the same paramedic crew as well. In fact one of the EMT's said it was really surreal to do this over again as Gibb looked a lot the late Carpenter did that morning. It was difficult to relive the events of that day again as he was a fan of the Carpenter's music...

i jux love dis karen carpenter story...i use to watch it as a child it'x fun and enjoyable watchn them grow up singing and performing to become stars...it'x alsoe sad to watch karen become anorexic and dying i still cry till this day when i hear "rainy days" and mondays alsoe "moon dust" i love 'em!!

@MrShearz25 The opening of the movie was in fact shoot in Karen and Richard's parents house on Newville Ave. in Downey.. Karen was found in a walk in closet in the nude by her mother.. ( that couldn't be shown in the movie for obvious reasons) as for the ambulance that they used in this movie.. According to Richard its the one that was used the morning of his sisters collaspe..
