  • For all you young guys out there needing encouragement. I started lifting weights when I was 18 yrs old. I weighed 135lbs & could barely decline bench 135 lbs. I kept pumping iron (totally naturally). By the time I was 19, I could perform 5 reps with 400lbs in the decline bench, at 185lbs bodyweight. i could do 10 pullups or dips with 100lbs strapped to my waist. i squatted 500lbs for reps. I worked out 3 times a day for 45 min each. I ate 4 square meals a day and slept 8-10 hours a day.U can 2!
