I can't understand what you say after 10:15

the palette drop down boxes (Mario Palette, BG Palette 1, etc), the Save RGB's to rom, and everything except the colors and the OK and Cancel cannot be pressed, as in you can't click them. HELP!!!

It wont let me change the FG Palette, sprite palette etc. Why is that?

Yeah I had it on steriomix, so it picks up all the sounds from the comp. I didn't know that when I recorded it. oppsi
