What is that grip you've replaced the pistol grip with?

Mental Masturbation: Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

Wow really? I would of thrown that thing at the target after all of that lol. I'm glad it's fixed but I'm sure it was very frustrating when it was happening.

@kuglebugle I think thats the point, he is trying to drive across how annoying it was to have to keep dealing with malfunctions..

@m16mang HAHA i was just thinking the same thing! i saw another video on it thinking how cool it was and holy shit am i glad i saw this!
afterhaving your weapon fixed would you recomend this system?

@MrRustytrombone yes and no. The problem with the XCR is the company Robinson Arms. They're customer service and quality control is very bad. If there is something wrong with your weapon you are SOL. If you like to tinker with your weapons then the XCR is good for you. Bolts and screws come loose, parts fall off if not tightened down. For a "go to" gun I would not recommend the XCR. For a fun gun to shoot and have just for the hell of it, it's fine. But, have lots of spare parts!

@pwenzlik I read on the robarm website that you are supposed to check all of the bolts because they might be loose after 1000 rounds....WTF! I understand it is always good to maintain your firearms but that is not acceptable. Are they selling a weapon in prototype phase? I mean this system looks like it has unlimited potential. even a jackass like me can understand the importance of having a PINNED gas block. or a torqued nut on a barrel instead of a screw you have to have to check......

@MrRustytrombone Exactly. Bolts and screws are always working their way loose on the XCR. I have to carry a tool kit and check the rifle constantly to make sure everything is secure when I use the rifle over a large amount of ammo expended. I was in a course a couple of weeks ago and had to replace my hammer spring. The third one! Lot of people have suggested they switch to a pinned gas block and pin stuff in general but they keep to screws and bolts.

thanks for posting the video. did you figure out what was causing all the malfunctions?

@johnpatrick818 Yah, it was an out of spec barrel gas port. Sent it back and now it works fine.
