  • There's a book "Go Fruit Yourself" in which the author explains about the importance of drinking enough water and eating enough fruit to tackle cooked food cravings. I loved it. It's an e-book though so you have to download & read it on your computer.

  • @thatfruitarianchick Yea I got it and read it and it was helpful but I actually thought there would be a little more info. Oh well just holding out for freelea's recipe book. Love that girl she is so inspirational. Thanks for the advice.

  • don't beat yourself up, this you tube channel rawsynergytv has helped me stay on track, maybe she will inspire you also.

  • Hmm... something I find helps alot is that I surround myself with fruit. I don't live alone, I live with meat eaters and I prefer to go to the kitchen as little as possible because I don't want to see all those animal products. I keep my blender in my room, my ripening table next to me and there's also always fresh ready-to-eat fruit right there. Helps alot. So when I'm on the computer and get hungry all I have to do is reach out and take some fruit. =)
