Tai chi Yoga, an ancient art form, has been purposed into a smooth blend of Tai Chi and Yoga coupled with strength training to improve the quality of life for persons challenged with Multiple Sclerosis, Alzheimer, Parkinson and other muscular diseases. Issac the Yogi demonstrates how these life changing routines can positively effect the challenged, as well as the care givers, by providing increased range of motion, improved heart and lung functions, increased flexibility, improved body alignment and reduced stress. Tai Chi Yoga not only compliment's physical therapy , it far exceeds it by shifting power to change to the people who have the will to live their life with dignity.
