  • Good job Curtis. Keep up the good work. I have been too scared to try the miracle noodles. Maybe I will give them a shot. Be careful with the soy it may have sugar and msg in it- I use Bragg Liquid Aminos and its just as good if not better. Also, water chestnuts and peas aren't on the protocol- you don't want to mix up your veggies either- can cause a stall. Of course you can do whatever you want ;-) just my two cents. Happy releasing.

  • @kristinluvsmac Hey Kristin -- Yeah all of your points are valid. I checked the soy sauce, so I feel ok with that. I checked the water chestnuts and they are very low carb; ditto for the bok choy. I remember Dr S said not to mix veggies, but thus far I really haven't found that to be an impedance for me. Excited to see if I can last on VLCD after I take my last HCG tonight for the rest of the P2. Thanks for all the support! More videos soon!

  • congrats good job i wish us women released as fast as you guys do...

  • @tjudkins1 Thanks! Yes, we have more muscle, so just bulk up a bit. O:)

  • Try them with Braggs Aminos -totally hcg friendly- youll will love it. Try Braggs AFTER using the noodles first for a couple of days to make sure noodles wont stall you. If they dont try them with Braggs. I use it on beef, chicken and fish. I get Braggs at Farmers Market (along with Coconut Oil and Stevita drops). My "Miracles" I get at Asian markets dirt cheap. They make one that looks like a little bean and with ground turkey or beef, canned tomatoes, water and seasoning make great "CHILI!

  • @HCGfatboyslim It's all good man, they are pretty flexible. Did you have the actual miracle noodles, or another 'off brand'? Strangely though, miracle noodles *are* the off-brand from the asian market point of view, but whatever. ;)

  • @jeshua22 Hmm maybe that was my problem, what I did before was after boiling them I put it in a strainer and rinsed cold water over them, maybe I messed up the physical state they were in? I'm not the best cook so maybe thats where I went wrong...

  • @HCGfatboyslim Hey thanks for the add. And thanks for the feedback! I was hoping 14 pounds was on track, sounds like I am. :)

Just had some miracle noodles tonight. They really aren't that much different from the asian variety of vermicelli; I rather liked them. But I will try their versatility later in P3.

Oh but for directions: drain, rinse lots and add to boiling water for 1-2 minutes, and serve hot!

  • @devdawg22 In fact, i just made Pho tonight. :) Yeah I would love to add hoisin also, but I'm definitely looking forward to some of that in P3, which starts for me this weekend. :)
