  • From 1:05 to 1:18 that's 13 seconds. That's the amount of time to prepare yourself to execute a one inch punch. So what is this for? For show off??!! In a real life fight, your opponent won't even give you 5 seconds for you to prepare to punch him. Your opponent won't just stand in there like an idiot. If you apply this in a real life fight, you'll get punch first for sure.. Come on! Wake up people! :p

  • he's my uncle! last year at thanks giving I wrestled with him in the front yard and he almost killed me.lol. but it was fun

  • wouldnt want to be on recieving end of kick or punch, sorry for typo error

  • looks like a heck of a good kick to me, I wouldnt wasn't to be on the receiving runs of kick or punch.

  • weak kick, weak punch...excuse me

  • 1 inch push, can do that too .To do a powerful punch is the secret.Bruce Lee broke boards with 1 inch punch. And he was half muscle-bound than this guy.

One more evidence of many, that Bruce Lee was unique! by the way,Lee´s kicks were even threetimes harder! He will always stay the best,FOREVER!!!!!!!!!

  • It's clear that those who posted negative comments regarding Sifu Davis' skill level have not seen this seminar in its totality nor have they touched hands with him. If they had done either, they would realize that he is the real deal. There is no better endorsement of your abilities to teach JKD than being certified by the likes of Sifu Patrick Strong.

  • 1- look at how he sets himself up. He's STARTING at full arm extension. (Everyone from James DeMile to any 1-year wing chun student would understand the concept of the "power bridge")

2- I'm not looking for a big theatrical set up or traditional chamber before a punch.. I'm looking for the RESULT. The kid he hit practically laughed in his face.

    Not particularly impressive.

  • Mr.Davis is in awesome shape for a man his age, and has a reasonably good side kick. But his execution of the one-inch punch is atrocious, and that really throws some dark shadows of doubt on him in my opinion.
