Pickett recorded at Stax, then at Muscle Shoals Fame Studios and then at American in Memphis. He came back to Muscle Shoals again, and then worked with Gamble and Huff around 1970. Moman and Johnson sounds right to me...

It's either Steve Cropper (STAX) or Jonnhy Johnson (FAME) on guitar, I think, because Wilson record here all his standards, between 1965 and 1969, when there were in the studio band.
